Terms and Conditions

Last updated: February 22, 2026

Welcome to Ramm. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Description of Service

Ramm provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist property managers and owners' associations in managing their operations, including maintenance, financials, and owner communication.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscription Plans: Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. Each subscription plan is intended for use by a single management entity (e.g., a single owners' association or property management company) and comes with specific limits, including the number of property units that can be managed.

4. Fair Use and Anti-Circumvention Policy

Unauthorized Use: It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts or use any other means to circumvent subscription limits. All units managed by a single entity must be aggregated under a single subscription appropriate for its total size.

Auditing and Enforcement: We reserve the right to audit account usage to ensure compliance with these Terms. If we determine that subscription limits are being circumvented, we reserve the right to take action, including merging accounts or upgrading subscriptions retroactively.

5. Prohibited Conduct and Automated Processes

• Using any automated process (such as bots) to extract pages or data from the Ramm platform without prior written consent.

• Interfering with the proper working of the platform or bypassing security measures.

• Taking action that imposes an unreasonable load on the platform infrastructure or bandwidth.

9. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the material or content without express written permission.

By submitting any data or content to Ramm (such as proposals, maintenance requests), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish it in any media.
